Developing an eco-friendly approach for the preparation of hollow particles (HP) of varied size/shape with tailored properties have been an immense scientific and technological importance. Hence, this review intend to mainly focus on the simple ecoapproached done by CRL process group such as core-template, ammonia-hydrothermal template (AMT) and double emulsion approach for preparing porous novel?type hollow silicate particles (HSP). The our current eco-synthesis showed positive results in controlling the size, thickness, and permeability of HSP. Wherein, the potential applications of this porous HSP are also brie? y discussed. The aim of this review is to provide synopsis for our alternative eco-approach for the development of nano-/micro-size hollow silicate particles (NMHSP).
