The Gadolinium, Indium and Titanium substituted garnet films were synthesized in order to investigate themagnetostatic wave devices with the temperature stabilized magnetic and microwave properties. The single crystalfilms were grown by the liquid phase epitaxy technique. In the saturation magnetization v.s. temperature curve betweenthe magnetic compensation temperature and the Curie temperature, the flat area appears where magnetization does notchange. The optimized substitution of Gd ions for Y ions and In orTi ions for Fe ions realized the flat area around theroom temperature. In addition, the In and Ti substitution show the tendency of decreasing the line width of theferromagnetic resonance spectrum.
