The procedure of measurement was simplified by using quartz vibrators with various resonant frequencies and grease as the adhesive. The resonant frequency f_s of the specimen; was observed to depend on the resonant frequency f_q of the vibrator. The value of f_s was maximum at f_s =f_q. The most probable value of f_s (f_) is obtained at f_s = f_q, and was determined by plotting f_s against f_q. The experimental error in: f_s was evaluated by the plot of f_s vs. f_q (f_s/f_ vs. f_q/f_) and was smaller than 0.1% , when the difference between f_q and f_ was 10%. The value of Q^<-l> was observed to be minimum at f_q/f _=1., application/pdf}, pages = {653--657}, title = {複合振動子法によるセラミックスの弾性率測定(第1報) : 簡易化と高精度化}, volume = {98}, year = {1990}, yomi = {オザワ, マサクニ} }
