| 内容記述 | New parameters to specify the sharpness of symmetric powder diffraction peak profiles are proposed. The parameters are defined through the ν-th order moment of the Fourier transform of the profile function. The exact solutions about typical model profile functions and theoretical size-broadening profile with statistical size-distribution are presented. Examination of the difference between the theoretical size-broadening profile and the Lorentzian function with the common sharpness parameters suggests that the order of ν = -1/2 is suitable to approximate the size-broadening profile with alternative model functions. | |||||||||||||
